Farrar Construction was contracted by Brown University to provide pre construction services assisting in the planning and renovation of an academic building. The focus of this plan included a design build to HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm and ADA compliance. Farrar provided detailed construction cost estimates in the early planning of the project that proved to be very accurate. Farrar then selected the sub-contractor workforce that were most suited for this challenging project.
Farrar completed the project on schedule and under the construction budget. In addition to the above the occupants – user groups are thrilled with the dramatic improvements.
