December 2018: J Farrar Associates Inc. is pleased to provide Owners Representative services to a home owner constructing a multimillion dollar home in Newport, RI. It is rewarding to provide ownership the security with overseeing the design and construction on the owners behalf.
December 2018: J Farrar Associates Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager /General Contractor for the phase 2 Providence College Science center renovation project. The project includes the construction of the research vivarium with significant upgrades to the mechanical and roofing systems.
In these projects we are involved early on in the projects planning providing comprehensive pre construction services including cost estimating. The estimates for these projects at the conceptual design phase have proven to be precise and accurate to the actual building cost.
