December 2018: J Farrar Associates Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager /General Contractor for the phase 2 Providence College Science center renovation project. The project includes the construction of the research vivarium with significant upgrades to the mechanical and roofing systems.
In these projects we are involved early on in the projects planning providing comprehensive pre construction services including cost estimating. The estimates for these projects at the conceptual design phase have proven to be precise and accurate to the actual building cost.

Successful opening of new 23,000 sq./ft. academic building with a parking garage below. This teaching facility expands the programs IYRS offers, to include composite technology, marine engines, and digital fabrication.

The two-story elevated building will have 20,000 square feet of space on the two floors and 33 parking spots underneath the building, which is in a flood plain and is being constructed on stilts.
