Presently we are reconstructing an historic home severely damaged by a fire in the Wickford Village waterfront district. This project is an example of a home owners frustration in determining how to go about the rebuilding process.
Continuing with the past 24 years of service to Providence College, we are pleased to have been selected as the CM/ GC for two signature projects, Raymond Hall expansion and comprehensive renovation and upgrades to the Science Center.
Farrar Associates Construction Management recently completed the exterior (envelope) restoration of this historic boat building School building. The major components of this project were window replacement where the existing steel windows were in desperate need of replacement.

Doris Duke Historic Preservation Award recognizes BankNewport's rehabilitation of a 90-year-old bank in Newport’s Washington Square. The structure was built between 1929 and 1930. When the building was evaluated for a new HVAC system, it was decided that the entire space should be rehabilitated.
This large Condominium Association has hired Farrar Construction Management as the Construction Manager/ General Contractor for an extensive property wide building envelope project. Farrar has had its multiple carpentry residing and shingling crews renovating the building's exterior on 10 buildings containing multiple Condo Units .
The Scenic Aquidneck Coalition has announced a project to bury utility lines along Third Beach Road and Indian Avenue in Middletown, RI. Farrar Associates Construction Management successfully completed the pre-construction planning phase and is the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the construction of this extensive underground electrical project.
