IYRS Brooks Building

Farrar & Associates are pleased to announce the successful opening of this new 23,000 sq. ft. academic building with a parking garage below. The building was constructed on a contaminated environmental site requiring special attention to the building's foundation design. This teaching facility expands the programs IYRS offers to include composite technology, Marine engines, and digital fabrication. The facility has opened to rave reviews and has already proven attractive to the IYRS programs and enrollment.
